This 1926 Steinway Model B has been fully restored by the master craftsmen at Lindeblad Piano Restoration. Built during Steinway's celebrated Golden Era, this 6'11" grand is one of the most iconic instruments in the piano world — and this example has been brought back to its absolute finest. Our team installed a new soundboard, a complete new action, and a stunning satin ebony finish. It plays and sounds like a brand-new Steinway, all at a fraction of the cost of a new model.
The Steinway Model B is widely regarded as the "perfect piano." At 6'11", it delivers the full, rich tone and dynamic range of a concert grand in a size that suits both the home and the stage. The 1920s are considered by many pianists and technicians to be among the finest years Steinway ever produced — the craftsmanship, the materials, and the design of that era are legendary. A fully restored 1926 Steinway B is a rare and extraordinary instrument.
For comparison, a new 2026 Steinway Model B in Ebony retails for $150,900. This fully restored example is available at a fraction of that price, with the added character and tonal depth that only a century of seasoned wood can produce. The piano includes a matching bench.
As with every piano we sell, this Steinway comes with our Peace of Mind Guarantee, a 30-day money-back guarantee, a lifetime trade-in option, free delivery anywhere in the United States, and a 20-year warranty. Our team is committed to ensuring that the tone and touch of this piano align perfectly with your personal preferences.

The look of a piano is one of its most important attributes. Once stripped to the original unfinished wood veneer, the choices are limitless. Select from a wide variety of stain colors, or we can mix a custom color. Once stained, layers of lacquer are slowly applied to create your desired finish, from open-pore to closed-pore. Finally, the lacquer is painstakingly hand-rubbed to create a satin, or high-gloss polish.
Once your piano is delivered, we give you 30 days to play it and make sure everything is exactly as you wish. If not, simply let us know, and we will pick up the piano and give you a full refund. Additionally, when you buy a restored piano from Lindeblad you can, at any time in the future, exchange that piano for another of our pianos and apply the full price you paid to the exchange.
